The Model

Our model (under development) aims to understand how the news media can cover international conflicts in a way that is commercially viable and professional, without exasperating conflicts or hurting peace processes. Using a number of research methods, we aim to develop the best practices manual for journalists covering international conflicts with stories that are captivating to audiences while also being professional and either neutral or helpful to peace processes.
